Breakfast Club and Early Drop Off

• Breakfast club and early drop off sessions are open Monday to Friday, term time only and do not include teacher development days or any other school closure days.

• The club will open from 7:30am and parents should bring their child to the main entrance doors of the school and ring the internal doorbell to be admitted.

• Children will be served breakfast between 7:30am and 8:15am. Breakfast Club children arriving later than 8:15am will still be able to access fruit.

• Early Drop Off children will be able to access fruit. Pricing

• These prices are for a fixed term contract which runs for a full academic year from September to July. • The contract con be terminated at any time, with 4 weeks written notice. Breakfast Club - Reception to Year 6 – Daily Fee - £6 Early Drop Off - Reception to Year 6 – Daily Fee - £4

• All fees must be paid in advance, by the Wednesday, for the following week.

• Payment should be made via Parent Pay.

• We are registered with the Government Tax Free Childcare Scheme. Please speak to a member of our office team if you would like to use this to pay.

• A £14 admin fee will be charged for each week of late payments, for each child.

After School Club

• After school club sessions are open Monday to Friday, term time only and do not include teacher development days or any other school closure days.

• The club will open from 3:15pm and children will be taken to the club by school staff. Initially, children will be collected from the school’s main reception although this will transition to collection from the bungalow at some point.

• Children will be served a healthy snack if they attend between 3:15pm and 4:15pm. This may consist of items such as a sandwich or roll or crackers, with fruit or vegetables or yoghurt.
